We are truly grateful to everyone who has helped to make it possible for the Father Marot CYO Center to serve in it’s present location for over 40 years. The Father Marot CYO Center continues its mission of serving the spiritual needs of parishes and youth. The Center offers retreats, programs and activities that uphold the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.

Our Mission

The Father Marot CYO Center serves to assist parishes in Northern Rhode Island in fostering and promoting the ideals and principles embodied in the social mission of the Church while ensuring the Christlike formation of youth and young adults and the development of their leadership potential.

The Father Marot CYO Center provides programs and activities, including leadership training and faith formation for youth, young adults and adults, under Catholic auspices and in accordance with the policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Office of Catholic Youth Ministry for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Providence. In addition, the Father Marot CYO Center serves as a resource center of information and training for parishes in Northern Rhode Island.

In all that we do, the Father Marot CYO Center strives to bring the Gospel Message of Jesus Christ to young people, in the language of young people today. In collaboration with the parishes of Northern Rhode Island, we challenge youth and adults to respond to their baptismal call to service and ministry for all God’s people.
